Standards of Service

When we provide our customers with service we make five promises. They imply to our customers what kind of service they can expect; on one hand regarding response time and access and on the other hand regarding reliability and safety.

  • Interface: We listen, consult and welcome our customers.
  • Response time: We answer our customers as quickly as possible and call back the same day if asked.
  • Solutions: We solve our cases professionally and inform about their progress.
  • Reliability: We act as quickly as possible. When outages occur we focus on preventing injuries and/or damages to structures.
  • Safety: We take the safety of our customers and employees very seriously. We show responsible behaviour, fence off our work areas and are visible on-site.
