Sólrún Kristjánsdóttir, completed a BA degree in pedagogy and education from the University of Iceland in 1998 and a master's degree in management and strategic planning from the same school in 2004. She started working at HR in 2004, was in charge of career development since 2006 and HR manager since 2012. Previously Sólrún worked as a teacher and as a counselor at Stuðlar, the government's treatment center for teenagers. Sólrún previously held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources and Culture.

Kristbjörg Héðinsdóttir, director, has a B. Sc. (Intern.marketing) in Business Administration from the University of Reykjavík and is currently studying MS-MLM Management and Leadership, with a focus on Human Resource Management at the University of Bifröst. Kristbjörg worked at Arion bank since 2004, where she held various positions, most recently as regional manager of the capital region.
Jón Trausti Kárason, director, has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iceland, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Reykjavík and a journeyman's degree in mechanical engineering. He worked as a project manager for investment projects at Veitum
