Quality policy

Veitur Utilities’ quality strategy aims at meeting customers’ demands by providing products and services in effective and safe manner.

The basis of Veitur Utilities’ operations is continuous improvements, process flows and Life Cycle Thinking (LCT). LCT ensures considerations of customer experience, information, safety, lifetime efficiency, ecological footprint and disposal.

The quality policy is built around prioritising Veitur Utilities’ values and corporate strategy and is presented in accordance with owners’ strategy.

* Other measures of Veitur overall strategy

* Conducting internal and external audits to confirm the effectiveness of the quality management system
